Pentair® Clean & Clear Plus® filter systems use four identical cartridges per housing. Excel Filters 4-packs replace the complete cartridge set, helping maintain balanced water flow and consistent filtration performance.
For best results, replace all four cartridges at the same time. Mixing new and worn cartridges can lead to uneven flow and reduced filtration efficiency.
No. The Clean & Clear Plus® (CCP240 – CCP520) is a four-cartridge filter system, while the original Clean & Clear® (CC75 – CC200) is a single-cartridge filter.
The original Clean & Clear® systems use the same replacement cartridges as the Pentair® Predator® filter series. Use your filter housing model, cartridge part number or dimensions to identify the correct Excel Filters replacement.
Yes. Waterway® Crystal Water 325, 425, and 525 filter housings use the same cartridge elements as Pentair® Clean & Clear Plus® 320, 420, and 520 systems. The corresponding Excel Filters 4-pack provides a direct-fit replacement for either housing.
