Return Policy

You may return new, unused and unopened, non final sale items purchased on excelfilters.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is the result of our error we'll also pay the return shipping costs.

About Filter Dimensions

Excel Filters builds replacement pool & spa filter cartridges to an industry standard of 1/16” dimensional tolerance.

Our filter cartridges should fit into their respective OEM filter vessels when such vessels are in good operating condition and cartridge vessel manifolds are not warped, modified or otherwise distorted outside of their original OEM dimensional tolerance.

If you're not completely certain you've selected the right size/OEM-compatible replacement filter cartridge, please contact us or give us a call so we can assist you.

How do I measure my filter cartridge?

Need help with return shipping?

If you'd like us to provide a prepaid return label, just let us know—we’re happy to send you a shipping quote. If you choose to use it, the cost can be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund or exchange and issue any credit back to your original form of payment.
