A variance of ⅛" is normal. Anything larger usually means a different housing model — check the number printed on your old cartridge against the compatible parts list before ordering.

The Perfect Fit Guarantee applies to the cross-references listed here. Brand names, models and part numbers identify compatibility only. If your housing is not listed, reach out to our team before ordering.
Can't find your part number? Look it up on the full pool filter cartridge cross-reference chart.
Still unsure after reading these? Send us the number stamped on your old cartridge and we will confirm the fit.
Find the part number printed on your old cartridge in the Compatibility tab. If you cannot read it, measure the outside diameter and the length, check both end caps, and compare them with the Specifications tab. A difference of about 1/8 inch is normal; more than that usually means a different filter model. Matching measurements alone do not prove a fit: some of our cartridges share a size and differ in filtration area or end caps.
It replaces 6CH-25, FC-0305, Softub 90-802, Aladdin 12520, Darlly 60251, Baleen AK-9011, Pure N Clean PC-0305 and Spa-Daddy SD-00798. The Compatibility tab lists the rest.
It fits the Sunrise 25 sq. ft. top-load spa housing. Check the model on your filter tank before you order.

Most pool and spa cartridges last one to two seasons, depending on how much the water is used and its chemistry. Rinse the cartridge monthly during heavy use, and replace it when cleaning no longer brings the flow back or the pleats show wear.
First check the part number on your old cartridge against the Compatibility tab: most fit problems come from ordering for a different filter model. If you still have a question, call us at (888) 532-2801 and we will help you find the right cartridge, before or after you order. Returns follow our standard return policy.
