Excel Filters replacement cartridges fit Waterway® Crystal Water 325, 425, and 525 sq. ft. in-ground filter systems. Our USA-made 4-packs replace the complete four-cartridge set and are also compatible with matching Pentair® Clean & Clear Plus® systems.
Each Crystal Water tank runs four cartridges — replace all four together for even flow. The elements are shared with the Pentair Clean & Clear Plus family.

Waterway® Crystal Water filter systems use four identical cartridges per tank. Excel Filters 4-packs replace the complete cartridge set, helping maintain balanced water flow and consistent filtration performance.
For best results, replace all four cartridges at the same time. Mixing new and worn cartridges can create uneven flow and reduce the performance and lifespan of the media.
Yes. Waterway® Crystal Water 325, 425, and 525 systems use the same cartridge specifications as Pentair® Clean & Clear Plus® 320, 420, and 520 systems.
The corresponding Excel Filters replacement 4-pack fits either housing when the size and cartridge specifications match.
Your Crystal Water filter size is listed on the tank label (325, 425, or 525).
If the label is missing, check the part number printed on the cartridge end cap or measure the cartridge length. Each size uses a different cartridge length, so confirming the correct size before ordering is important.
