Excel Filters makes replacement cartridges for every Jacuzzi® Tri-Clops filter: round elements for TC330, TC440, and TC550 housings and oval elements for the original TC300, TC450, and TC600. Each Tri-Clops housing takes three cartridges — our 3-packs replace the full set at once.
Tri-Clops filters use three cartridges per housing. Original TC300/TC450/TC600 tanks shipped with oval cartridges; the round-cartridge style fits TC330/TC440/TC550 housings, or an original tank after the OEM manifold conversion kit is installed.

Only after the Jacuzzi manifold conversion kit is installed. The original oval-cartridge housings use a different internal manifold — without the OEM conversion kit, order the matching oval 3-pack instead.
Three. All Tri-Clops housings run three identical cartridges, which is why our Tri-Clops replacements are sold as 3-packs — one pack replaces the complete set.
Look at your current cartridge from the top: the original TC300/TC450/TC600 elements are visibly oval in cross-section, while TC330/TC440/TC550 elements are standard round cartridges. The housing size (300/450/600 vs 330/440/550) usually matches the element style.
