The XLS-607 is a replacement cartridge for the Advanced / LA Spas and Aber Hottub. It replaces aftermarket Pleatco PTL47W-P4, Unicel 6CH-47 / 6CH-47RA and Filbur FC-0315 / FC-0315M.
Each cartridge is 6" in diameter and 9 1/8" long (end caps: Closed Semi-Circle Handle on top, 1.5" Open End Male NPT on the bottom), and carries 50 sq ft of filter media.

A variance of ⅛" is normal. Anything larger usually means a different housing model — check the number printed on your old cartridge against the compatible parts list before ordering.

Find the part number printed on your old cartridge in the Compatibility tab. If you cannot read it, measure the outside diameter and the length, check both end caps, and compare them with the Specifications tab. A difference of about 1/8 inch is normal; more than that usually means a different filter model. Matching measurements alone do not prove a fit: some of our cartridges share a size and differ in filtration area or end caps.

Most pool and spa cartridges last one to two seasons, depending on how much the water is used and its chemistry. Rinse the cartridge monthly during heavy use, and replace it when cleaning no longer brings the flow back or the pleats show wear.
