Built to OEM Spec, Engineered to Clean®

The XLS-750 is a replacement cartridge for the Jandy CT100 / CT Series, Waterco Trimline CC100, Waterco Trimline C75 (long cartridge) and Waterco Trimline CC150. It replaces Jandy A0103400 and Waterco 62050 / 62044, along with aftermarket Pleatco PJAN100, Unicel C-7497 and Filbur FC-5180. XLS-750 has 100 sq ft of filter media per cartridge. Its compatibility with Waterco Trimline CC150 is a physical fit with smaller filtration area; XLS-7023 is the separate 150 sq ft cartridge.

Each cartridge is 7 1/4" in diameter and 29 1/2" long with a 3" open end cap top and bottom, and carries 100 sq ft of filter media.

We make every cartridge in Austin, Texas, and shipping is free.

Measuring your old cartridge

  • Length — cap to cap, with both end caps included.
  • Diameter — across the widest point of the pleats, not the end cap.
  • End caps — whether each end is open or closed, and the size of any opening.

A variance of ⅛" is normal. Anything larger usually means a different housing model — check the number printed on your old cartridge against the compatible parts list before ordering.

Questions

Fit, replacement & ordering

Still unsure after reading these? Send us the number stamped on your old cartridge and we will confirm the fit.

What part numbers does the XLS-750 replace?

The Excel Filters XLS-750 replaces Jandy A0103400. Aftermarket equivalents: Pleatco PJAN100, Unicel C-7497 and Filbur FC-5180.

Which filter systems does the XLS-750 fit?

It fits the Jandy CT100 / CT Series, Waterco Trimline CC100, Waterco Trimline C75 (long cartridge) and Waterco Trimline CC150. XLS-750 has 100 sq ft of filter media per cartridge. Its compatibility with Waterco Trimline CC150 is a physical fit with smaller filtration area; XLS-7023 is the separate 150 sq ft cartridge. If your housing is not listed, match the part number stamped on your current cartridge on our cross-reference chart.

What are the dimensions of the XLS-750 cartridge?

7 1/4" diameter, 29 1/2" long, 100 ft² of media (end caps — top: 3" Open End, bottom: 3" Open End). Matching measurements alone do not prove a fit: some of our cartridges share a size and differ in filtration area or end caps, so check the part number on your old cartridge too.

Is this a genuine Jandy part?

No. The XLS-750 is an independently manufactured replacement cartridge, made in the USA by Excel Filters and built to match the Jandy A0103400 specification. Jandy is a trademark of its owner, used only to show compatibility.

How often should the XLS-750 be replaced?

Most pool and spa cartridges last 1–2 seasons with regular rinsing. Replace it when cleaning no longer restores flow, the pleats fray, or the end caps crack.
