FAQ
Early Buy Questions
When is the 2027 Early Buy deadline?
Early Buy orders must be submitted by November 30, 2026.
Who can order through the Early Buy program?
The program is built for pool pros, distributors, and retailers. Orders start at $1,000 at retail value.
Do I have to order a minimum quantity of each SKU?
No. Mix and match any SKUs on the price list in any quantity. There are no per-SKU minimums; your total order size at retail determines your discount level.
How is my Early Buy level and discount determined?
Your level is based on the retail value of your total order, across all SKUs combined: Splash ($1,000–$2,499) saves 20%, Backyard ($2,500–$9,999) saves 25%, Resort ($10,000–$24,999) saves 30%, and Olympic ($25,000+) saves 35% off retail.
When will my order ship?
Choose shipment windows from January through May 2027. Orders ship between the 15th and last day of each selected month, and all shipments must be released by May 31, 2027.
Can I split my order into multiple shipments?
Yes. Splash orders ship in a single shipment, Backyard orders can be split into up to 2 shipments, Resort up to 3, and Olympic up to 4.
Is shipping free?
Every Early Buy order includes free standard shipping within the continental U.S. Liftgate service, restricted-access delivery, and other custom shipping methods are excluded.
When do I pay for my early buy order?
Invoices are issued on the first day of your scheduled shipment month. If you split your order into multiple shipments, you’ll receive a separate invoice for each shipment, issued on the first day of that shipment’s month.
Are payment terms available?
Credit-approved accounts may qualify for extended payment terms. Contact us to discuss eligibility.
Can Early Buy pricing be combined with other offers?
No. Early Buy pricing cannot be combined with other offers or special pricing. Prices are before tax and subject to confirmation.
What if a filter I need isn’t on the price list?
Reach out for a custom quote at (888) 532-2801 or ecommerce@edenequipment.com.
